Application Engineer
The Application
Engineer will be responsible for the installation and configuration of
iomotion’s integration platform and complimentary applications, business
analysis of customer requirements, and documentation of specifications and
configuration. This position will require continuing support of these
installations and application troubleshooting. Willingness to travel (up to
50%)
All applicants must have a minimum of
3+ years relevant experience, and at least one year in a specified business
analytical area from an IT perspective, including database (Oracle, DB2, SQL
Server, etc...) experience.
Analyst experience in at least one of these areas (or
similar):

Payroll

Plant Data Collection (Shop Floor, Machine,
etc…)

Planning

Plant Maintenance
Customer Service Manager
This position is responsible for managing the
day-to-day operations of iomotion’s Software Support Team that provides 24x7 telephone and e-mail support services.
This is a hands on position and technical knowledge and aptitude is required.
The ultimate goal of this position is to ensure that any customer issues are addressed in a timely, accurate and professional manner in accordance with
contracted service levels and the highest standards of customer satisfaction are achieved.
Applicants must have 3+ years experience in an
applicable customer service/help desk environment.
