Mobile Sales System for SAP®

Mobile Sales is a mobile sales system designed for the Pocket PC that enables its users to create sales orders, confirm the sales order in SAP®, perform material/order level error corrections based upon system inventory levels, print sales order receipts, and peform standard template ordering. The system is designed to operate in a real-time mode via a wireless connection to the internet, or in a disconnected mode.

The system uses the SAP® customer master and creates a cross-reference list between the system user and the customer. The user creates an order by selecting a customer and then enters the products for the order by either scanning the material id or entering the material id manually via the Pocket PC on-screen keyboard. Once the order is complete, the user can send the order to SAP®. If any errors are found, the built in error correction component notifies the user and suggests a corrective action. Once the errors are corrected the order will be confirmed in SAP® and a receipt will be generated.
