Schnitzer Steel chose IOmotion's latest Device Management Gateway
interface to reconnect to their offline Kronos time clocks due to the
recent ransomware attack.
They are now retrieving their punches realtime from 180 timeclocks. This

Desoto County Schools now
Live!

The Desoto County School system is now live with IOmotion's Device
Management Gateway interface syste.
They are now running a new cloud based Kronos Workforce Ready system and
connected to over 100 existing Kronos 4500 TID time clocks.
They are the first IOmotion client to migrate their existing Kronos
Workforce biometric templates to the new system to avoid re-enrolling
thousands of employees.
University of Rochester
Upgrades to Device Management Gateway

Our existing PDC Gateway customer, University of Rochester has upgraded
their interface software to IOmotion's Device Management Gateway.
They are a PeopleSoft user and connect
their existing Kronos time clocks directly to PeopleSoft. All of the
PeopleSoft API calls now exist in the upgraded system. They are now live
with about 200 time clocks of mixed variety.

Our latest offering has now been certified for use with INFOR's Workforce
Management solution. The INFOR web services API has been incorporated into
the DMG for
communication of near real-time data. This includes employees, schedules,
labor metrics, jobs, projects, dockets and other downloads as well as swipe
data uploads
supporting all required types. The interfaces were developed with the
assistance of INFOR's technical team.
Introducing Device Management
Gateway

IOmotion is proud to release the latest in our integration products,
Device Management Gateway. This product is a spinoff of our popular PDC
Gateway interface
that focuses on management of, and interfacing with time clocks.
Particularly Kronos timeclocks in this first release. Built on the latest
release of ASP.NET Core,
we combined all of the seperate modules of the previous product into a
single Web based solution. The "DMG" utilizes technologies like Blazor and
SignalR to make a
seemless, user friendly environment for managing, configuring and
collecting punch data from connected time clocks. Current releases include
native API interfaces for
Kronos Workforce Ready and INFOR Workforce Management. This latest offering
also works seemlessly with the PDC Gateway to support other interfaces such
as
Peoplesoft and SAP HR-PDC and PP-PDC.

4500 time clocks. Kronos asked us to help with this interface in order to
allow the school district
to keep their large investment in 4500 model clocks and still move to the

communications
between the older clocks and the WFR system.
Sunsweet Growers, Inc. Live
with Time Clock to SAP Interface

The PDC Gateway was selected by Sunsweet Growers to provide a custom
interface between Synel Time Clocks and SAP HR. This interface supplies
support for custom BAPI integration
for direct upload of punches as well as download of master data to the
clocks. Biometric fingerprints are also supported in this integration along
with multiple badges per
employee which is managed at the clock by supervisors.

The PDC Gateway SAP PP-PDC and PM interfaces are now directly connected to
Kronos or other time clocks.
Labor confirmations are captured from the clock and sent to SAP in near
real time.
Web based management of previous confirmations also available for
cancellations and changes.
This new release is now live at Bosch Rexroth and is replacing a complex
Kronos Workforce Activities SAP interfaced system.

Mannington Mills has completed an upgrade of their old STConnector clock
interface to the latest PDC Gateway interface software. They required the
ability to continue to connect their 50 Kronos 480 clocks to SAP but needed
to upgrade their server to a modern 64 bit OS.
The PDC Gateway upgrade allowed them to do this with the addition of many
new features. This was the last remaining installation of the old
STConnector product that has served them and many others for almost 15
years.
New PDC Gateway Interface to
Acuity IVR Service

The PDC Gateway platform now provides a built in API interface for Acuity's
cloud based IVR phone system. With this interface installed and an account
with Acuity, any existing or new PDC Gateway clock or other interface can
now also include phone punches.
For a limited time we are offering this interface upgrade for free with a
signed contract with Acuity.

The PDC Gateway direct clock interface now fully supports ADP 4500 clocks.
That's all the features that were previously available to the Kronos 4500
clocks are now also supported for the ADP version of that clock. Clocks of
each type can also be mixed in the same system and they will all work as
expected.

Biometric Support

PDC Gateway interface platform now supports the biometric
capabilities of the Kronos clocks. This allows the user to enroll
employees and validate punches without any other software installed.
Encrypted biometric data is stored in the interface and can be resent to
the clocks
during the initialization process.

The latest PDC Gateway interface platform now includes direct
communication with Kronos clocks.
This includes both the 4500 style as well as the older 400 series clocks.
Although we have been initializing 4500 clocks for many years
we can now both send and receive directly to the clocks with no other
software required. Punches can be collected from both clock types using the
new
built in PDC Gateway tools. This allows for a simple and efficient punch
capture system for our existing SAP interfaces.
